"Scheduled Maintenance" means the following: Hub updates, upgrades, and other changes occur at the platform level, meaning all sites are disrupted at the same time. Maintenance windows are scheduled during evening and early morning hours to minimize disruption in business. Maintenance is targeted for between 6:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. Central Time. If a larger maintenance window is needed, work will be performed on a weekend, targeted between 6:00 p.m. on Friday and 8:00 p.m. on Sunday (Central Time).

To limit business interruption, maintenance occurs only when necessary.
